My first project with the Post Graduate Program in User Experience Design with the University of Texas, I was tasked with creating a survey for a "Pet Care & Services App," distributing it amongst pet owners, interpreting the results, creating user personas and empathy maps. This project summarizes my survey, the results, and what was learned.
